Service Description

4 meals - 12 servings each (48 servings total), bone broth, lactation bites, bread, and 1 baked good all prepared for your postpartum consumption. Meals can be prepared as individual servings or for a family. You schedule a discovery call where we pick out a menu. I provide you with a shopping list, so that you can control the ingredient quality. Optionally I will do all the shopping and charge you for the food price at time of service. I come to your house and prepare all the food (~6hrs), and either store it in disposable freezer containers I provide or containers of your choice.
